Lots of information to share today.
The 9-inch figure designed by Tyler Dumas from Holiday #2 will be released at D-Street in California and Florida on Friday, December 10. The figure resembles a birthday cake (if only it was real!). The edition size is 1000 and the retail is $44.95.

We also have a release date for the much anticipated Disneyland® Resort – A-E Ticket book set. This set will be released at D-Street in California on December 10. The edition size is 1955 and the retail is $99.95. The artwork for this set was done by Lin Shih from Disney Design Group.
There will be 100 sets released on the Disney Parks on-line store at a future date. Stay tuned as we do not have a confirmed date for the on-line release.


There will be a special Artist Meet and Greet session this coming Friday, December 3 at D-Street in Florida. The event will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and will feature several Disney Design Group Artists including Eric Caszatt and Mike Sullivan who designed the Vinylmation™ – Timepieces with figures being released on Friday. There will also be Monty Maldovan and Maria Clapsis who designed figures from Vinylmation™ – Holiday #2. We hope to see you there!
Speaking of this coming Friday, we learned that D-Street in Florida will be opening at 8:00 a.m.
And now, another look at the upcoming Animation #1 series. This time we have Philoctetes from Disney’s Hercules designed by Eric Caszatt.

We start with two images that were posted on the Walt Disney World® Resort and Disneyland® Resort Facebook pages yesterday.

An upcoming open edition figure for the 40th Anniversary.

A 9-inch figure based on the Matterhorn from a future Vinylmation™ Park series. We stress “future.”
And now some new images that were again handpicked by Donald.

Of course Donald would select Donald Duck from the upcoming Vinylmation™ Nerds series.

A figure from Vinylmation™ – Cutesters #2 and
Janice from the upcoming Vinylmation™ – Muppets #2 series. Oh wow, like, fer sure.

Cases for the iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4.
When we get to 3,500, we will post a preview that many of you have been “dying” to see.
And now a couple of release updates.
On November 12, the Vinylmation™ – Urban #5 Combo Pack will be released at D-Street in California and Florida.

On November 19, the next 9-inch figure designed by David Mitchell for the Vinylmation™ Holiday #2 series will be released at D-Street in California and Florida.

Finally on November 26, the Epcot® Holidays Around the World 2010 figure designed by Thomas Scott will be released at D-Street in California and the following Epcot® Locations: Gateway Gifts, ImageWorks, Club Cool, MouseGear, Art of Disney, Port of Entry, Disney Traders, World Traveler, and Heritage Manor.

Here is a small glimpse at a great suprise awaiting Guests to the new Disney Store which will soon be opening in the heart of New York City:
The wait is finally over! The 3″ collectors set originally scheduled to be released at Trade City USA will be released tomorrow at D-Street at Walt Disney World® Resort. Click below to get full views of the 3″ figures found in this collection:

The collection also includes a pair of Vinylmation™ Jr. Figures.
We also received release information about some additional items coming to the D-Street locations.

Holiday #2 – 9-inch figure desgined by Lin Shih (Limited Edition 800).
Releasing on October 22 at the D-Street locations in California and Florida.
The petite print and canvas wrap for Vinylmation™ Park #5 will also be released on October 22.
We have the release date for the Park #5 combo pack featuring a 3-inch Sorcerer Mickey figure designed by Monty Maldovan.

And for those wondering about the release of the 9″ Vinylmation™ Park #5 Figures, the first two will be released near the end of the year. We’ve decided to space the releases of the 9″ figures to give more collectors a chance at obtaining these awesome pieces.

Cody Smith has returned from a final day at Trade City USA, today was the Vinylmation Showcase. Not only did we have the ultimate preview area, but also taking place was the Vinylmation Conversation, a 30-minute information presentation by Steven Miller of upcoming news and previews in the Vinylmation World.

Today Cody Smith took a trip to Day One to Pin Celebration 2010, Trade City USA, which offered many previews of upcoming Vinylmation Series. The Vinylmaiton booth said that each day they’ll add more previews to the booth, so expect more images each day.
